Sever authenticated. Say for instance you buy an app on the PlayStore. When you first run the app, the app is activated (a one time process) via the developer's severs. If you move the app onto your computer and give it to a friend, when they try running it, it won't work because that specific app (don't know much about sever-authing...specifically in regards to applications) was already activated.
I have some programs that says I shouldn't run them when connected to Wi-Fi. Do you mean those?
idk how to take a better picture with webcam and skype. I deleted my camera app on win 8.1 and somehow magically deleted my store (how the fuck?!) app too. Not to mention I had disabled my webcam so I had to reenable it.
