@Zuhrain I do that sometimes, does feel really good, I'm planning on smoking the joint as much as I can without over-doing it ( @Makknyusz ), and then relax on the grass in the park and all that, sleep really early and long, take a cold bath, drink some green tea, listen to that song mentioned earlier, those are my plans for now, some inspired by you guys, so really, very very appreciated. @Arcton Comes in just right, I'll make sure to lay down next to a tree, thanks mate.
I've been feeling really heavy and depressed lately, mainly because I've been losing weight and reducing sleep.
The following left me with the need for sleep and relaxing stuff, but I can't miss more than one day and night.
I've got my friend to prepare me a joint, I got thea, and a cold bath, but I feel as if it won't be enough.
Does anyone know any other methods that calm your body? p.e: food, activities, perhaps even drugs, medicines, everything.
I'm really desperate, the lack of sleep and a non-changing routine is taking down my confidence, making me feel down and suicidal thoughts are randomly popping up. All help is truely truely appreciated.
Get some speakers out and play some chill music whilst getting high man will calm you down and relax you, I suggest not smoking a joint and try a bong or a pipe. This will get you higher with less weed which is always a plus. When high just chill in your room and continue listening to music, You will eventually fall asleep . Oh and it would help if u smoke up with a mate so u can just talk and shit when high, will do you the world of good my man!
