    Bodybuilder here.

    Creatine Loads into your muscles over time.

    5grams a day everyday whenever you want and drink plenty of water.

    You may load it faster with maybe 2 doses a day (at 12hours apart) but there no studies to back that up.

    Don't think of protien as a supplement, treat it as food.

    You need to find out how much carbs/protien/fats (from a varied amount of food sources).

    And Whey protien will help you hit your protien allotment.

    Aim for 1gram of protein per pound bodywieght.
    I personally get 150 a day (cause shit im not anal about it) and i way 170 pounds.

    Someone said Protien makes you fat. Thats impossible, excess protein (not used by your muscles) will be shitted out your ass. Depending on how much fiber is in your diet will decide if it comes out nicely or painfully.

    I do not recommend creatine it gets you fat, I recommend using whey protein powder or what I do which is eat 100% beef

    @KING well im taking 18 grams of creatine 30 mins before going to the gym and when i return with an empty stomach and drink a 1lt bottle of water during the day.
