    Not sure if you bloated in a bad way or a good way , Well creatine allows your muscles to gain a higher amount of water and makes sure that all the protein you eat reaches the muscles and so on.

    Leave those supplements be.. Real hard work will get you real hard results, not supplements. Plus, taking excessive supplements can give you an ugly stomach.

    Wow dude. Hold on a sec. I'm just recently active on this forum, but what is your length and body fat?

    I'm 1,91 meters long. I'm 80kg (low body vet to length ratio). I should be taking those stuff but i don't, and yet i'm getting bigger like a maniac.

    Secret isn't about what you get in, its about how you lift. Ofcourse, eating alot of proteine helps you get bigger but to get full result you should be looking at your body and select the best training that goes with it.

    Your wasting allot of creatine. There is no need to go more than 5grams a day. Supplement companies want you to bascially pay extra for it so they trick you into taking more than you need.

    You're still wrong.

    Water/fluid goes into your muscles.

    Your muscles are not fat.

    Your bloated because your muscles is pushing up against your fat closer to your skin.

    Work on your diet to remove fat.

    Gaining muscle is not synonymis* with getting rid of fat.

    See water is a real tricky subject.

    I don't really measure the amount of water I drink everyday, but I'm a track/soccer athlete(meaning i do a lot of running) so I have to drink substantial amounts of water.

    Here's a video that I think covers water and lifting pretty damn well.


    @WalkerGr recommend watching the whole thing .

    He's right, you need allot of water if you want to put on muscle.

    I believe water is a macro nutrient because well....its a MUST have.'

    His strategy to drink water at certain time is kinda ridiculous but the message stays the same. Drink Nigga.

    I piss at least once every 1-3 hours, maybe i'm not drinking enough but its enough for me.

    I used to Run Cross Country/Track and been drinking water (like allot) since 2004 lol.

    Um, actually, your diet contributes a lot more, depending on what your goal is...

    i saw the video and i will be taking 5 grams from now on. now..about drinking a lot of water will lose bodyfat. i can't lose more than i have. im so slim ^^ and saw the whole video and its correct i'll maybe add 1 and half bottle of water (big bottle).

    Water wont make you lose bodyfat, just eat right.

    Just eat as much as you can, but make sure you're getting enough protein and carbs.
