    @Li0nH34rt @Ferris Bueller @KING and Ferris i drink lots of water at least 2 bottles after workout and during workout..either a powerade or simple water.
    thing is i started gym the befores Friday and it was like this:

    after days of workout:

    and today's results:

    must say i love it.

Maybe some Carbohydrates (Cytocarb) mixed into your Gatorade or shake post-workout, and also try mixing peanut butter into your whey shake. A kid on my football team takes Whey with peanut butter and cytocarb and he's ripped as fuck. Don't take other supplements like Creatine.

    Creatine isn't even good for you. How much has he used and based on his pictures it's not even helping him that much. You don't need to waste money on Creatine when there's tons of other supplements that benefit you more than Creatine does. Simply taking whey after a workout and carrying carbohydrates (cytocarb) in a gatorade to hydrate you during a workout is good enough for results. You don't need to waste your money on Creatine, especially at his age. The Whey and Cytocarb will do enough for him.

    You've got to be kidding me. Creatine is naturally made in the body, it's an amino acid that assists in protein synthesis by increasing ATP formation, supplying energy to the muscles. How can it possibly be bad for you if your own body produces it?
    Recommended consumption is about 2g a day.

    Like I said, as long as he's getting enough protein through the foods he eats, there's no need for an additional supplement.
    Same goes with the Carbohydrates, he doesn't need a supplement for it as long as he's getting it through his food.

    Side note, Gatorade already consists of many carbs, it's like adding sugar to sugar.
