    Like I said, as long as he's getting enough protein through the foods he eats, there's no need for an additional supplement.
    Same goes with the Carbohydrates, he doesn't need a supplement for it as long as he's getting it through his food.

    Side note, Gatorade already consists of many carbs, it's like adding sugar to sugar.

    1 to 2 grams of protein per 1 pound of bodyweight, take one scoop of creatine an hour before you lift, invest in a preworkout with nitric oxide, get a BCAA supplement, get a multivitamin and take it every fucking morning, and make sure you do more sets than reps. Instead of doing 10 reps of 5 sets, do 5 reps of 20 sets.

    No need for people to make this fucking complicated.

    Yeah I agree, all clean build is the best, just eat a lot more calories in a day, and protein, proportional to your body weight in a day. You'll bulk up. Don't waste your money, and your health on supplements, or at least not yet.

    Say you 200 pounds, on full saturation it may bump your max to 202.

    Your not going to see amazing results so don't get to caught up on it.
