    I have a $30 after market cooler that does less then 37C under heavy load.

    Viewing MPGH I get around 20C, played CSGO with aborted earlier and got to about 28C.

    Get any of the 120m All-in-one watercooling kits. They're all pretty good and will drop your temps by a substantial amount whilst remaining quiet.

    I installed a Corsair (Air, not the liquid ones) on my PC at home. I'll tell you which one is:
    Corsair Air Series A50 Cooler CPU

    Only has one fan, does the job and theres not much noise.
