    If I were you, I'd say yes. I've read your other story and that shit is quite depressing, almost made me shed a tear. You should go to your doctor because he/she would recommend you to go to a psychologist, which in your favor would be best.

    Well the thing is that I've had ADD all my life and after feeling alienated by my family for pretty much my entire childhood I developed Social Anxiety Disorder after graduating highschool. Somewhere between there and now I guess that exemplified my minor depression issues into something I don't want getting out of control.

    So rather than getting seizures I often get sort of miniature panic attacks for no reason as well as feeling extremely anxious and uncomfortable. This leads to a bunch of negative feelings over it, making me feel like shit and in turn making me feel anxious and uncomfortable with myself and giving me panic attacks for a reason.

    I've read your story and can understand many of those feelings you've felt and it's making me really want to get myself fixed before I end up dragging my family and friends into this.

    I, as many others, suffer from ADHD.
    But yeah, if it feels like something you can't handle on your own you should probably seek help.

    Same. I only fully understood depression and its dangers recently.

    People really tend to overlook/underestimate depression.
