    What do you recommend for someone that isn't necessarily trying to get very muscular, but instead lose some extra pounds?

    But do you have a specific product? like a website to it? and I always do cardio last since I'm not a cardio dude

    how don't people know how to use supplement shakes? drink pre workout 20-30 minute before work and drink post after workout... also I eat A LOT of rice (since I'm asian) and usually eat some what meat with it...

    If you were training competetively for a fighting sport, you'd say exactly the same. I can't convince anyone to stop using protein shakes, but as far as I know and have seen, they really really don't do any good.

    I often see kids walk in to a gym, drink protein shakes like crazy, and then they sit there drinking water and texting their friends
    that is how you get a bloated stomach, not pretty at fucken all

    just keep eating rice and meat, be natural

    I work out everyday, GYM for 1-2 Hours, Then Just eat Protein and Shakes after.

    Keep your portions Small, I'm at 220lbs @ 6ft 3 and Doing well... Used to be above 300lbs....

    If you keep it up, You'll see Results in the future, But don't expect fast Results, These things take time!
