    Lifter's question

    Only for ppl who lift pls go if ur a non lifting phaggot (notsrs)

    Since I started college I will be cycling 1,5 hours per day 5 times per week, will probably run up stairs up and down for about half an hour.
    So when can I do legs and would it even have any positive effects if I already use them so much for 5 days a week. Saturday I would be still sore because friday is my longest day, sunday could be an option but then I'm sore as fuck monday on school -.-

    I could also just turn my cycle on the most hardest shift if you know what I mean and skip leg day lolol

    I suggest you cycle on medium settings for about 30 mins and then shift for max setting (hardest gear) for 20 mins, and then another 30 mins on medium pace.
    Will improve ur muscles well.




    Actually I have no idea of what I am talking about, so might not be good to follow my advice xD

    Hmm, would definitely do it when i'm going back to school but won't going to do it on my way to school because I don't want to be exhausted at school already

    Bitch workouts.

    Do some actual lifting on one day,cardio next,legs,and then abs.

    I run around my school one time before working out.Good warm up.
    I also do 2000 jump ropes 2x a week.
    That's just me though,I got nigger hops,even though I'm white.

    Highly doubt you'll be able to do that much in the first day, take it easy and slow and corporate your legs into the same workout time since you will decrease enough time with all the other activities to do legs. Then after a month or so you can take a day out of the week for you legs. I'd recommend doing certain things on on certain days and having 1-2 rest days a week.

    I'm trying to implement my old muscle building routine in my new weekly schedule, normally would legs on wednesday but it's just hard to do it with already 2 hours of leg exercise per day. Didn't ask for a cardio workout
