    What the hell happened to me?

    This morning, I woke up, ate a small breakfast, then went and played football for like 2 hours, never played like this before, I was running like fucking hell the entire 2 hours, when we finished, I felt dizzy, I went over to a friend's house, tried to eat something, I couldn't, so I just tried to leave his house, and I vomited, don't know what exactly, I didn't even eat that much, I felt better, but I still went home and slept for like 9 hours, and now I feel much better, can someone explain to me what happened, exactly? and please no troll comments.

    I feel you, sometimes I have the same thing. I don't know what is the cause, but I sometimes feel it might be what you've eaten the day before, or the rest you took. Could be just your body having awakened on the right time(yeah, does make a big difference performance wise when you wake up at the right moment).



    Or someone snuck in to your room and anally abused you during the night, injected you with something and made you feel different. You'll never even know whether it did happen or not.

    Possibilities:

    1. You're Canadian and very nice. When Americans yell and rage it burns energy. But since you can't your body needs some way of burning the energy.

    2. You jack off too much and your testosterone is off balance.

    3. You had adrenaline went off and you came down. Came down like coming down from coke.

    4. Dehydration.

    Dehydrated most likely, so drink while you play/train. Did you know that the average person need to consume at least 2 litres of fluids per day to stay well. Eat bananas and mango, and drink water next time before you play that hard. Nutrition in sport is essential at any age.
