Well I usually do 2 Peanut Butter and Jellies with Milk or Chocolate Milk. Pick something between like 20-40 grams of protein if you are planning on working out near lunch.

Oops,my thread may got a bit of mislead.I mean what is your lunch dish.Im personally eat macaroni with cheese sauce and come with some lean beaf cut and some veggies but I dont think that healthy and fit into healthy lifestyle especially you want those six packs,so any recommendation?
