    Yep.. One sandwich as a snack that is, one sandwich a day would get me worried about dropping weight though, lmao. My metabolism is age 12, yet I gain fat real fast(lose it fast too tho)
    I just want something I can eat that gets heavy on my stomach yet isn't gonna get me fat

    I'd recomended focusing on exercising more than eating however eating is important too. If you eat too much in same time that's bad however by eating in propotion small amount like 5 times a day it should get you fit and healthy
