well ur dumb if you think you can easily adjust your sleep schedule without a massive amount of physical labour during the day or help from pills.

Stay up all night, and for me this doesn't work SOMETIMES. To fix that what I do is don't sleep 2 nights in a row and also go help out my parents and play with my brother and etc. Try to sleep 8 hours on average. Since it's summer I am not too concerned with sleeping on time.
