    I have a bad habit of going to sleep at 3 and waking up at 12, other days I stay awake for 48+ hours at a time, and these habits are getting hard for me to break

    Lol, if you can stay up for 24 hours, I think that'll work. You'd be like 4 hours still behind though (might sleep in because you stayed up so long).

    Stay up all night, and for me this doesn't work SOMETIMES. To fix that what I do is don't sleep 2 nights in a row and also go help out my parents and play with my brother and etc. Try to sleep 8 hours on average. Since it's summer I am not too concerned with sleeping on time.

    The easiest way is tire yourself out the night before, go to sleep early, wake up early.

    Also it helps to get an alarm that wakes you up.

    Welp, tried to stay up 24h, was shitlad tired so I thought a 10 min break wouldn't be a problem


    Woke up 3 hours later...
    Then slept at normal times, woke up within 3 hours again, went for a 16km run and now I tried to stay up again, did an other 'harmless' nap, doozed for 2 hours again


    How the fuck do people do thiS shIt
