    How do you fix your sleep routine?

    Leave some suggestions if you don't mind.

    I got a bad sleep routine atm as in sleeping from 03:00 in the morning till whatever at mid-day

    need it to be from 21:00 till 07:00 or something

    start going to sleep a 30 minute difference every night and keep going to like an hour difference then hour and half then 2 hours etc.

    @Riigged I've been thinking about that, but it would take ages to get back to a regular sleep routine wouldn't it?

    I'm guessing that's around 7 hours, 30 mins a day would mean I'd need some serious time and dedication to get that done.

    Train in the morning because your going to find it hard to stay up all night if you feel like you want to sleep just go and train and get some adrenalin

    Its funny when you stay up for 24 hours when the morning hits it feels like a new day you wont notice after awhile but you'll drop at around 10 or 11. I usually pull 24 hour days sometimes for commissions I leave stacked up or I just draw random shit but besides that watch some good movies and play some games like Dark Souls, Skyrim, MGS, stuff I can invest alot of time into and not notice how late it is. If I feel like I cant go on I just drink some fruit juices like Apple juice orange juice shit like that with a strong sweet taste or you could try lifting I usually have some dumbbells while watching a movie/anime or whatever. Im a really mellow person if you can believe it so going without sleep doesn't much affect me.

    I second this. Maybe an hour difference if you need to fix it asap. I usually do it by an hour behind each night.
