    Unless she inherits it right now, you still ain't getting shit from her. But I have no idea how divorce cases work in America so I could be wrong. But I'm pretty sure that inheritance money is excluded from all divorce settlements unless it was a pre-existing marital property.

    There are several divorces you can do, the one I'm doing specifically involves a judge, lawyer, her, me etc. However, I'd be shocked if he didn't have an account for her already, I'd be willing to be he already does, and she just doesn't know. Idk, we'll see what happens, and what lawyers tell me to do.

    *Edit* Either way, go riddance, is good riddance.

    Even if her grandfathe ris rich, SHE has to have money of her own.
    The court will not try and make her grandfather pay for the settlement.
    Unless she has an actual income that she reports, she could just say that she has no money.
