    Can't Skype chat but I'll try to help, I follow a really strict diet. Are you vegetarian?
    For starters, only eat natural food. If it's processed and wouldn't even be considered food 100 years ago - you shouldn't eat it.
    I haven't had chocolate or anything similar for these 7 months, not even once. It's tough but it's necessary :P
    As for losing weight, in terms of diet, just eat at a calorie deficit. As a general rule: eat a little less, exercise more.

    I am more of a gym person, but calisthenics do work. If you like them, then keep doing them, especially if it works for your body. I always do them right before I sleep, this will tell your body to focus on the muscle growth while you sleep.
