I myself know that not everyone has free time in their schedule so I tried to pick out the best time possible for everyone that signed up for the tournament.
With that said, I decided to have the tournament on JULY 19 at 7 PM UTC
Entire tournament should take at the most 3 hours!
I went through every single applicant and entered their timezones into a special website called world time buddy. I then selected the time that was most convenient as possible for everyone. Below are the images of this selection process. You can also refer to the images to know the time in your timezone.
The teams were set up based on rank and game experience. The best players that applied were selected as team captains. The best of the best team captains each received a unranked player and the a mid ranged player. The second best team captains were paired with the least ranked player and a mid ranged player. The mid ranged captains were placed with a low ranked player and a mid ranged player once again. This may sound confusing but you can think of it as a balancing system. A very strong ranked captain would be paired with a unranked player to balance them out. A decent ranked captain would be paired low ranked player to balance them out. All the teams were selected based on this method and all the teams were as fair as possible. In total there were 12 teams, each with 3 players. I have not selected the substitutes for each team yet because I still have yet to know the players who are dropping out.
Players that are unable to make the tournament must notify me as soon as possible by posting down below! The deadline for this is Friday night!
After Friday, I will then re-arrange the teams depending if a player left. I will also be assigning subs to each team as well!
I went ahead and chose the team names however these are not permanent and can be changed by the team captain if he or she chooses to.
