Most of the hacks are detected has virus. It's called a false positive (isn't it because program has an unexpected behavior or somting like that?).
To make the difference, simply look at the commentarys of something before downloading it! You have three options: "Block program opening|Delete program|Add to white-list. If you want to use the hack, you should add it to white-list" (can be done manually in the control pannel.)
To continue, DO NOTrename or hex-edit the hack, it "desactivates" it. Open it as administrator in game lobby. It can take time to show up.
I don't know you, but i can use it in 32bit. My system is Windows 8 - 32bit but it is 64bit compatible.
Yes you can get an error, it isn't at all because it is detected, but simply because you use to high settings (High superweapon, high spread, etc..) so BAW game crashes because you were simply using to much memory. (To be simple..)
