Many of you have time off from school, work or will be traveling to see friends and family this time of year – our customer support team is getting ready for an increase of tickets from players seeking our help. While we strive to provide a response to players in a timely manner, we please ask for your patience and understanding during the holidays.
We also ask that everyone be mindful of submitting duplicate tickets, requests or contacts asking for an update, this is something that may cause delays in our ability to offer a quality response with efficient service to you and your fellow players. Instead, we ask that you wait to send a follow up contact and only do so if there was an error or missing details in the original message.
This being said, our hack team will NOT be impacted during the holidays, we continue to ban hackers every day and work with the developers for X-Trap updates, infact we've already seen X-Trap update multiple times over this week!

We have been having troubles with our redeem page since our amazing community shared our Holiday Update on Facebook over 10,000 times! We still have codes to release and we want to be able to do that over the course of next day. We've already released one new code today and more will come throughout the weekend! Everyone who redeems prizes will get their prizes. Just be patient!
