Actually 30 is the standard frame-rate for any game to be playable. 40-80 is usually the best. Anything >90 isn't really useful. I doubt you wouldn't know a difference above 60. Saying 100-150fps is standard (even for this game) is outrageous. 50-60 is the sweet spot. Anything higher is just extra bonus, anything lower is playable though may lag some around smoke/flash nades or a lot of players in the game.

So that's not playable at all. A game to be played like it should be wouldn't be lagging. Anything >90 is always useful when it comes to FPS games. I can assure you that 30 or lower FPS will make you lag at least a bit even if you have a standard ping. You're right I exagerated when talking about standard FPS, but when refering to the least reasonable fps to fully enjoy a FPS game such as CF I believe that's the best presumption. But go to prison sniper match and see the difference between <60 and >60 yourself. QSing implies 100-150 or higher FPS to having a good heads up. 40-80 is not the best, but I would say it's the standard spot to play a FPS game. for me 50-60 is a more accurate call for frames-per-second average.
