    Why is this happening ?

    Hey guys yesterday i tried to change my email and everything went fine and even the email got verified but when i try to change my pass using tat email it shows wrong email, and if i try lost id/pass then it shows email isn't in our database... And when i tried to click on the verification link again it shows check us old email for details but nothing is up on my old email is this a technical bug or wat please tell wats going on... I cant write a ticket because my account is flagged and they wont assist me wit this

    i think you should try rechanging it to another email.

    I got the same thing as you omg !! I sent a ticket to z8 but they did-not respond

    Z8 almost never replies. It happened to me too. I traded accounts and I received the email saying that it was changed but when I try to change the email it told me it was the incorrect email. So I was told to wait 24 hour and tried again and this time I did LOST ID/PSW/Security Answer put the email and all the information was sent. Of course try again to change the email and it might work for you too.

    Actually I am the one who had the problem while trading with OP, on course of time it got fixed and i again recieved the email change accepting mail.

    They always reply, but not directly.
