How did you delete it? It doesn't let you normally delete it. I don't know how you could have deleted it but your going to have to re jailbreak to get it back.

If your firmware is 4.3.3 or down then just use jailbreakme.com

It can simply rejailbreak your device. or else just use greenpoison.
