Question Does Google Chrome Save Flash Cookies In Incognito

Title says it all, will Google Chrome Incognito save Flash Cookies (LSO) ?

Type your comments and how sure are you...
Found many answers but all were a bit outdated and confusing as there are both claiming yes and no.
