Just open your recycle bin and recover them? If you mean that you deleted them from the recycle bin, try some recovery programs. A free one would be Recuva

i certainly hope theyre not deleted forever it was a file ive been workin on for 3 days n nights... it would suck if it goes all down the drain,ill try Recuva.
The way windows deletes files are they just remove the first letter of the file name, so windows doesnt recognize them. And then windows can write over it.
Think about it as layers.
When you delete a file it becomes a bottom layer, and then another file is written ontop as a second layer, but with some programs they can "see" the layers beneath.
That why when you format, you can actually recover all your files. Unless you use something like Dariks boot n nuke
