You'll be fine. They are harsh but don't let them get to you. It's on their shoulders whether or not they want to respect you. Most won't risk the consequences. Just stay out of the flame and don't bother trying to explain yourself. Let them flame, delete it and move on.

It can be. Honestly, it's an easy section to deal with but people are used to getting away with 1-2 pages of off-topic, spam, flame related posts. I'm generally pretty lenient but nobody takes severity into consideration. The flame is always super vulgar and not very mild, etc. Files are easy to check (one's I've been given so far). It happens though. Someone else should be joining in the section. Whether its a previous Minion or a new hire. I can't cover Mondays and there's a portion of the day I use to sleep lol

Don't know why people are tripping. Just because nobody was there to enforce and delete spam/off-topic posts/threads doesn't mean abuse is going on. Just means someones not dealing with all the trolls crap. Sadly I have to delete everybody's off-topic responses
