If you have never hacked MW2 on your computer you shall not worry.

I bought a new copy of MW2 when i got banned a long time ago and i didn't even delete my hacks when i activated the new key. Nor did i delete or uninstall MW2. And i still have the game and am not banned. You should be safe.

You in theory don't need to install MW2 on a new account, but you should to be safe. You don't need to do anything with MW3 since you only get banned from one game at a times unless it is Source games.

You should definitely don't format your HDD or anything. Just install MW2 on a new account...

Your other games won't be affected by the ban.
Just source games. Like CS, HL2 and so on...
But that is it.

But still, I think I would suggest you to keep like some important games on one account and hacking games on another.
To lower the risk of losing your games.

They can go on your steam page and report you.
No, you will mostly like NOT be banned for this.

If you reach a report limit your account may be "blocked" for 3 days I think it was.
And if you get extreme many then you might be unlucky and the MW3 ban team might check you out.
(also mostly like not going to happen.)

But I just say: Use hacks careful and use your brain. Don't play god.
