Either or, there's nothing I can really do about it. Tried researching into the matter on a personal level to give LoveBandit a warning and get his side. All I can really do is give a suggestion of what to do. Although it has been brought to the attention of all of us and if it becomes an issue then we will do our best to get it escalated. Its just these accusations (other than scamming) can't be justified by us. There have been extreme cases where situations similar to this was brought to upper staff after a period of time. Most of what I read from LoveBandit's screenshots was mainly a misunderstanding by both parties. Sadly, just because you were having internet issues shortly after does not link us to him or anyone of that matter. Thats the only concern. From that, we can't really do much. However keep me up to date on the issue in case we are given the opportunity to help you out more than we have been so far.
