what program do i use to get your saves on my xbox??

i downloaded the all quests done save and it didnt trigger the achievment for all quests done how come? do you know why??

I'm looking for a save file somewhere near fighting The Warrior in TVHM (modded or not doesn't matter). My personal save for my gunzerker got corrupted right as I was entering Hero's Pass. It was not modded and I haven't been able to fix it. If you could help me out I would really appreciate it.
