Hey whattap, in reply your post on my thread i do P90x now, its helped a ton! If you havent tried it i highly reccomend trying it! In 3 weeks ive gotten a 6 pack and become much stronger. I also do Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muy Thai 4 times a week

Yo, I need help with vFX. It's for an exit project at school and I would really appreciate your help. Like in videos, a lot of uploaders put like if you haven't watched these, watch them. And then they point to like a corner or the middle, and a rectangle with a video pops up. Like this one:
