You will need to provide me proof that his review is in bad faith and not truthful. Anyone can leave a review provided they did purchase the service/product from the seller and wanted to leave a feedback based on their experience. His issue is the key being bad. If he is covered under 1 month warranty you will need to honor it until the warranty is over.
