Didnt work at first, went back to my address and saw that i was calling my reload as a *(double *) instead of *(float *), went back and grabbed original addresses from our assembly and tested a few values until i saw that the values were accepted as our "on" values. Then i attempted to inject my dll again and it was working for about 3-4 mins then game crashed, decided to log my hook, and each hack as it was called to find out that my seeghost pattern was wrong and called the wrnog address. recreated my find pattern and then everything ran perfectly until i logged out of crossfire. Now im working on a mid func hook for our present engine, which the source code will be released publicly. Im not saying that im a good coder no, but atleast i am trying to learn and sharing my knowledge with the community as i learn.

Your right i did ask him, if i had wished to hide that i would of messaged him somewhere else. But he actually never replied after that message. That was one of my first times actually looking into hacking crossfire, all i knew about it was it scanned createthread and sleep functions. I'm not as advanced as most members here in coding and i asked for help which this forum is for. But after someone sending me a unpacked crossfire, i actually was able to go back to the old dump, find calls to the engines present scene, and some other functions, make a pattern scan(credits to azorbrix). After that i started looking into msdn's createthread function, found a simple way of creating my thread remotely and allowing it to run on cshells entry instead of our proccess attach, then did a little reversing inside the games executable, and the unpacked cshell(credits iflux) and made a few more pattern scans, and put together a few features.
