There should be 6 files from the download link I gave you. You just have to copy all of them and paste those files in your black cipher folders. This will "replace" your old 5 black cipher files since they have same names. However since i gave you EU (combat arms europe) files one of the file should be named "combatarms.EU.aes" so it won't replace the "combatarms.US.aes." Just delete the "combatarms.US.aes" and keep "combat arms.Eu.aes." Don't worry about other black cipher files in your folder (i.e. the notepads), just leave it as it is.

Sorry I don't use skype. You just download the blk cipher files from the link then replace the ones in your blackcipher folder with it. The only difference is you will have combatarms.US.aes and combatarms.EU.aes. Just delete then combatarms.US.aes and rename combatarms.EU.aes with combatarms.US.ae. Its simple copy/paste/delete/rename.
