For starters, the user was banned for 3 days for flaming originally on their main.
He then created an alt account and "threatened" the user, which caused the alt account to be banned for 1 month.
The main was also re-banned to a length that suits the rule broken.
Ban Evasion only applies to permanent bans which is typically issued to scammers.
If the user decides to repeatedly threaten the user again, a permanent ban will be in place over the temporary one.

Just for future reference, if something doesn't involve you, don't get involved. It may lead to an infraction.
No requesting close/ban/delete/approve/move outside of the original poster, unless calling to attention a post that seems to be overlooked. (Infraction)
