i feel like if you open and close banks all the time per refund it would fuck up your credit, no? you sound like youd be better off with a prepaid vanilla visa but i heard they take WEEKS to get money back, not because of the company but because it's just a pain in the ass.

Oh okay, so he failed the refund but still gave you your money back? Never mind my apologies, I read it wrong. You can post a review of the service saying he failed the refund but gave you your money back, as long as it is not sales bashing, saying things like "Don't order". You can say he failed, but nothing that would be borderline bashing. Make sure you post it on groundwars page though.
