    You inject it to Engine.exe

    I am asuming that you already have .net Framework 4.0, if not Google it, okay so use this injector: https://www.mpgh.net/forum/164-combat...tor-2-0-a.html
    and type Engine.exe into the process box, now you have to run it as Administrator so yeah, then clikc the + button and add you're Hacks and then hit inject BEFORE you start Combat arms
