My OS is Win XP, maybe it's not working with other OS?.

uhm, dude i know what the problem is i'm using windows 7 computer, i think thats why it didnt work ..

everytime i press f12 the menu didnt appear, uhm, is there any necessary programs to install first? .. please reply asap ..
