I was planning on buying a new laptop from Microsoft's website wanted to make sure you'd be able to refund it before I purchased it. It will be one item and the total after taxes should be around $2,380.

Let me know if you would be able and willing to do this refund and I will purchase the item this week.

Hey I had a question about the refund service , so I bought a Xbox one from Amazon ,it arrives Tuesday , I paid with amazon giftcard balance , if I use your refund service will I get my money back ? Will they also take the Xbox away ?
