I'll try to be specific >.<
Well, once you extractthe Scope file,for example the iTech one
Convert it, and use Dedit on the scope texture, export it as TGA
the use Paint.NET to convert TGA file into a PNG one, that PNG is
the one that you will edit on Photoshop, when you like your design
and everything, save it as PNG again, then open the previous TGA
on Paint.NET import that Edited PNG as a new layer, calibrate with
the original, then hide the original layer and just use the edited, again
open Dedit, but now import your TGA with the custom PNG layer, and
Done, you have your DTX full modded, kinda complicated
