Hey can you still get banned from the achievement unlocker?

for the achievement unlocker, do i have to have the game installed or can i just get achievements from any game i want?

man i have a issue with the TF2 achievements i se it and i have all the achievements but when i wanted to play TF2 it just show me a black box and never show up TF2 please man help me

It only says Spacewar game.
I dont play Spacewar, I play TF2.
