It is still a 1 hit kill except if the person wears heavy vest
or balanced vest
then its a 2 hit kill

i tank l9 shots with the light vest all the time
it depends on where you hit them
head/chest = 1hit ko (Sometimes with heavy vest too)
legs/arms = no beuno
