Update:
Fixed shit kicking out of vehicles (thanks to gir489)
Now you can save any spawned vehicle in your garage
(though it often bugs out I recommend filling the garage with 10 garbage cars and then replace - it never fails)
You can also sell spawned lowrider vehicles after you get them in garage for 500-600k
Fill the garage with 10 lowriders == 5 mln
Added interior, light and neon color changer in tuning

To change hotkeys, open config.ini, replace the line, for example:
Noclip=lctrl
This will bind noclip to left control button. Buttons are lshift, rshift, lalt, f3, f4, np2, np3, np7, etc
Do NOT use 'stealth inject' or else config file won't work correctly.

To own the car you have to take it to Los Santos Customs and outfit it with a tracker and insurance. You can't "OWN" spawned in high end cars like the t20 because it won't let you modify them. You cannot own a cop car because it will not let you take it in Los Santos customs.

I already tested the car spawning method, it works.
You can sell your spawned in and tuned lowrider for up to 600k at Bennys.
@domino2 , is there any chance you could paste the natives and values for the new Tuning parts?
