Generally cores == accounts...
Although you could easily fit more if you wanted.

intel i5-6600 and i run 6 accounts, wizards gets disconnected a lot and ram gets filled up quick (8 gb ddr4), but cpu is always at ~50-70
I have a quad core but I run 6 no problem. Make sure that you are running them on lower fps like 20-30.
