[RELEASE]sniper scope to default crosshair!

well yeah noob555 wanted this...
i pinpointed this a bit more (only a 1x1 pixel gap) since it's a sniper.

this is WAY easier than what i use on my m107. try just a plain circle and you'll see how hard it is.
