And no, using extreme/gameowner(that is probably detected by now) doesn't help, unless you want to get vac kicked/vac banned. Use something less popular.

Open csgo, use your preferred injector, inject to csgo, close your injector(!) and press delete or insert. You shouldn't use it for more than 16 hours after the approval.
