Bypass Google Store "Transaction couldn't be completed"

Hey,

I have been trying to redeem multiple free trials on google play store, what I do is after redeeming the trial, I change accounts then try to redeem again. It works for 3 accounts then stops. The only way to make it work is to use a new device.

Does anyone know a method or a way of redeeming multiple accounts without getting that error? Willing to pay

Have you tried using android emulator to do the trials? Android emulators can change imei, choose device name etc. It might work
Or by using a rooted device, download an app to change device id/imei. That might work too
