So I have around 7 limited EU PayPal stealth accounts with 500-1k € on balance. All accounts are ready for withdrawal (180 days passed).
What are best solutions to withdraw those funds? Sending to my own bank isn’t option as it already connected to PayPal account and cannot be used anymore.

Use challenger banks/mobile bank apps, you can attach them to pp and easily withdraw, alternatively make multiple uaccount accounts or something and put like 100-200 maybe per account so u don't trigger their systems and they don't hold their funds but i think you're already aware of uaccount.
