Bot with it's own cursor.

Hi im new to js programming. recently i started working on a osrs bot. The best bots have thier own mouse cursor but i have no clue how to do it.
Do you guys have some idea on how to do it or just point me to the right direction where to look for it. thx!

have to run your own client and do reflection...
