[HEX EDIT]How to change rate of fire for SMGs, MGs, and ARs

1st. Open up a ANI_G or ANIBASE of a gun, but we will be using AK103 as an example.

2nd. Press "CTRL+F" and type in fire_0 and search

3rd. You will see FIRE_KEY'......Q.....x
Before:

4th. On the left side of the hex, make the hex of the ' and Q, 0
After:

5th. On the left side, you will see the numeral of x, change the numeral of that to any number from 0 to 99. 99 being the slowest RoF, 01 being the fastest, 0 being animationless, for this one I used 40, 40 is extremely fast, faster than all the guns in the game except minigun.

6th. Now just reinject and you should be all done.
Now you ain't special leechers.
