I'm from Egypt and I want to pay people here in the forum

Hey everyone! I'm from Egypt and I'm looking to use crypto to pay people in a forum. The problem is, a lot of the popular exchanges don't support my country, so I'm looking for an easy way to do it. Does anyone have any suggestions?

(I'm looking for easiest dummy proof possible)
